Please read these terms before submitting a registration or booking.
1. About these terms
These terms form an agreement between you and White Rose All Stars JFC when you use this website or submit a player registration, membership payment or party booking.
If you submit information about a child, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian, or otherwise have authority to act for them. You must be at least 18 to make a payment.
2. Using the website
You may use this website only for lawful personal purposes connected with the club. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, misuse another person's information or copy club content for commercial use without permission.
Club names, crests, photographs, text and other content belong to the club or their respective owners. You may not reproduce them publicly without permission, except where the law allows.
3. Player registration
A submitted form is an application and does not guarantee a place in a particular team. Places depend on age eligibility, capacity, league rules and the club's approval.
You agree to provide complete and accurate information, including relevant medical, allergy, welfare and emergency details, and to tell the club promptly if anything changes. The required player photograph is used for registration and league administration.
The club may contact you to check information, request supporting documents or discuss a more suitable team. False or materially incomplete information may delay or prevent registration.
4. Membership, fees and payments
The registration page shows the charges that apply before payment. The current registration fee is £5. Standard membership is £25 per month, while Saturday Superstars membership is £20 per month, unless the website clearly shows a different team price.
When joining between monthly payment dates, the first payment includes the £5 registration fee plus membership calculated from the joining date to the next 15th. When joining on the 15th, the first payment includes the registration fee plus a full month's membership. The full monthly amount is then due automatically on the 15th of each month until the stated season end date.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorise Stripe and the club to take the amounts displayed during checkout, including recurring membership charges. You are responsible for keeping payment and contact details current.
If a payment fails or becomes overdue, the club may contact you, retry the payment, pause participation or end membership after giving reasonable notice. Please contact the club promptly if payment difficulties arise.
5. Cancellations and refunds
To cancel membership or question a charge, contact info@whiterosejfc.co.uk as soon as possible. Cancelling a payment instruction does not by itself end membership or settle an outstanding balance.
Refunds are considered according to the circumstances, services already provided, unavoidable club costs and any cancellation information shown when you booked. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer cancellation and refund rights.
6. Parties and events
A party or event space is confirmed only after successful payment. Each booking is for the child named on the form and cannot be resold. The booking adult must provide accurate contact information and any relevant needs in the notes.
Event dates, times, locations, prices, capacity and booking deadlines are shown before payment. The club may make reasonable operational changes. If the club cancels an event and does not offer a suitable replacement, the amount paid for that booking will be refunded.
If you cannot attend, contact the club promptly. Any customer cancellation or transfer is subject to the booking information provided for that event and the club's reasonable costs, without affecting statutory rights.
7. Conduct, safety and safeguarding
Players, parents, guardians and guests must follow the club's code of conduct, safeguarding arrangements, venue rules and reasonable instructions from club officials. Respectful behaviour is required toward players, coaches, officials, volunteers and other families.
The club may refuse or end participation where reasonably necessary for safety, safeguarding, serious misconduct, persistent non-payment or breach of these terms. Safeguarding concerns will be handled under the club's safeguarding procedures and may be shared with appropriate authorities.
Football and physical activity involve an inherent risk of injury. The club will take reasonable care but cannot remove every risk. You must disclose relevant health information and ensure the player follows safety instructions.
8. Photographs and publicity
Publicity consent is optional. Where permission is given, the club may use suitable photographs or video on its website, social media, printed materials and other club channels. Permission can be withdrawn for future use by contacting the club, without affecting the player's membership.
The private photograph required during registration is separate from publicity permission and is used for player and league administration. More information is in our Privacy Policy.
9. Website availability and liability
We try to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but may suspend or change it for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Please confirm important dates, locations and instructions with the club.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the club is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, business losses, or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. The club is not responsible for external content or services.
10. Changes, contact and governing law
We may update these terms when club services, prices or legal requirements change. The terms presented when a registration or booking is made apply to that transaction unless a change is required by law.
Questions should be sent to info@whiterosejfc.co.uk. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without taking away any mandatory consumer rights.
