Welcome to our under 16’s age group. The age group are in its tenth year of their development at White Rose All Stars. There is just 1 team for this age group. The under 16’s are one of our most successful age groups with the team winning cup competitions, challenging for leagues along with several players signing for professional academies.
Jon Horsman, Tim Ryder and Paul Dyson head up the management team who instil the WRAS philosophy. Jon Horsman has been with the club since its formation and has done an unbelievable job at taking the club to where it currently is. His enthusiasm, passion and dedication to developing these young footballers has been fantastic.
Training takes place Monday evening 6-7pm with the team competing in the Huddersfield junior league every Sunday morning.
The under 16’s are part of our youth development phase. In this phase we look at different formations to suit the team and work on tactical situations such as playing out of the back and what systems to play out of possession.
